All items may be returned for a refund if they are unopened and in the original packaging, minus shipping/handling and a 20% restocking fee.
If you plan on returning your product, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving said package. All returns must be sent back within 10 business days after receiving your order.
Inspired Life accepts returns in the original package at the customer’s expense. Be sure to pack the items with care, as we will not accept items that are damaged.
Each piece comes with a 30-day warranty from manufacturer’s defects. If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, you must contact us within the 30-day warranty period to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). You must send the defected products back to us at your own cost where we reserve the right to test the product for any defects. If the product is deemed not defective, you will be contacted with such information and you will have to pay any shipping fees incurred to send the product back to you. Products found defective will be replaced and shipped to you at our cost within 10 business days.
